Which indication the drug ranolazine is used for

Ranolazine is used to treat chronic angina (chest pain). 
This medicine is usually used together with other medicines (eg, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers, beta-blockers, nitrates, antiplatelets, or lipid-lowering medicines).

MOA

It is the medication used when all the other medication fails to give relief from anginal pain. 

It is Sodium channel blocker,
It does not effect the Heart Rate or Contractility of Heart, but reduces the O2 Demand that is used for Angina.

Osmotic diuretics are a type of medication that can be used to manage cerebral edema.  Cerebral edema is a condition where an excess of cerebral water accumulates due to primary neurological or non-neurological causes. This excess fluid can cause additional injury often in excess of the original neurological insult. MOA Osmotic diuretics work by increasing the osmolality of the blood. This increase in osmolality draws water out of the brain’s cells and interstitial spaces and into the bloodstream.
